Janice's accommodation is not just a home, it is an experience. So cozy, clean, fragrant and silent. The view of the bay is incredible; on the first morning of our stay my son and I saw an eagle and two dolphins from the room window. Janice is a discreet and kind host. If you come to Skye I would definitely recommend her house. Giovanna

We had a wonderful time staying at Balmoral View. Despite arriving later than expected, Janice was very accommodating. The next day, we were absolutely stunned by the view. Sheep were roaming right outside, and the sweeping mountainscape was breathtaking—a special treat to wake up to. We even had the chance to see a little lamb that was just born, which was a lovely highlight of our trip. The flat itself was very tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped for our time there—I feel like the pictures don’t do it enough justice! I definitely recommend staying here for your time exploring beautiful Skye and hope to come back soon!

This is a fabulous place to stay on Skye. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean with views to die for. It’s also quiet and peaceful with a private entrance and handy parking.

Beautiful location, we loved the view and beach access. Comfortable king size bed which is hard to come by in Europe. It is remote and peaceful while being only a quick drive away from Portree. I’ve never stayed at a property with the host on the premises before, so it wasn’t as private and carefree as I am used to when staying at an airbnb. We could hear snoring/noises from downstairs at night and we got in trouble for leaving a bathroom light on when we were out for dinner.

Wonderful location with its own little beach. Amazing views. Janice was extremely friendly, professional and helpful and made us feel right at home from the start. The space was amazing and spotlessly clean, up to date and organized. The perfect BnB. We were very sad to leave and hope to be able to return before too long. Can’t recommend it enough!
