We loved how easy it was to check-in to Silvia's place and we were even able to check-in early. The location was perfect in the center of the old town of Orvieto. The whole place was very clean. One of the bathrooms we were not able to use because of a loud noise when we turned on the lights. Several lights did not work. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed I slept in smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and I was not able to sleep all night. There was no living room, so my friend and I had no where to hang out. It was nice to have a wash machine and a dry rack. The kitchen was sparse and it would have been great to have an automatic coffee pot. Overall we were disappointed because of the price and the cigarette smell. We had stayed in a place in Rome that was so comfortable and nice in a perfect location with 2 beds and 2 baths for half of the price. I was expecting luxury bedding and a very comfy place and I was so looking forward to this. I'm just sad

Muy lindo departamento, Silvia muy amable, todo super limpio y cuidado. Solo la cocina sin microondas.

Sylvia was a great host. We had a good stay here. Orvieto is incredibly walkable. There is a loading area near the place to unload your items if you are driving and then you go park your vehicle in the big parking lot at the bottom of the hill.
