This place is magical! Achim is a wonderful and charming host. We loved his passion for restoring this gem in Orvieto. His attention to our every need was so sincere and met with a smile and happiness. Will definitely be back to visit again.
We cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Orvieto, Casa Teatro. and most of all Achim are - we are only sorry we have to leave and cannot wait to plan a time to return. The pictures can not even capture the full beauty of this home away from home. We could have spent many more days exploring and visiting in Orivieto and it's many great restaurants, shops and historic sites. Casa Teatro is perfectly located to walk to everything! Achim made us feel immediately at home and like we had been friends for years. Truly a wonderful peraon and host. All his recommendations were on point and he was so responsive to any and all our needs.

My family and I spent a wonderful week in Orvieto. Achim’s home is a unique and special place. Every room is meticulously decorated and extremely well cared for - absolutely the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever seen. I simply enjoyed studying the intricate murals on the living room walls. Achim is friendly and attentive. He took time to show us around the apartment and offer suggestions of where to eat in Orvieto. We've just left and are already planning our next stay at Casa Teatro.
Casa Teatro is a spectacular place right up in historic Orvieto. Being able to drive right into historic Orvieto and having a dedicated, secure spot to park was a great amenity. Achim's place is one of those increasingly rare Airbnbs that feels more like a home than a short term rental. The character, design, quality of the finishes and furnishings were all outstanding. Photos do not fully capture the magic of this place. Achim is also a welcoming, kind and generous host. We loved staying at Casa Teatro and hope to return again soon for more than the two nights we stayed. Thank you Achim 🙏
