Tiki Townhouse was all we expected and more. Very comfortable and great location. Host is more than generous with all amenities in the house, and very responsive. We hope to return next year!

Great host! Enjoyed a few extra amenities to make our stay feel more at home. Kitchen was great for cooking meals all week. Beach accessories were a great plus for those of us coming in from out of state. Great location for our needs. Great stay overall! Looking forward to booking another stay!

My wife and our two grandsons had an outstanding time at Jan's place. It had everything we could have dreamed of and was just a few minutes to the beach and good restaurants. The place was impeccably decorated and that certainly led to the beach vibe we were looking for down there. The tiki hut mentioned in the listing was used far more than I ever thought it would as we ate the vast majority of our meals at the townhouse out there. It was a perfect sitting and added even further to the beach vibe. Jan also gave us access to their storage shed in which she had beach carts, chairs, toys and an umbrella to list a few things. And Jan, as a host, was by far the best we have ever encountered. She made the trip and dream and was even able to let us in earlier than the scheduled time which helped us tremendously. We all decided on the way home that we will be looking for Jan's place when we return to the Space Coast but I certainly encourage others to try it too.

Jan's place is amazing! Everything that is on the site is very accurate. This town home is amazingly clean. Many extras not mentioned. Make sure and stop in before heading to the store for anything you might need😉. Jan is very responsive to any questions and goes out of her way to make your trip perfect. If she is not listed as a super host yet she should be! A very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. We absolutely loved this place and will book here again! THANKS JAN!
