We had a lovely time staying here for a mini family reunion. The location is simply stunning, and the house itself is perfect - well-stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms nicely appointed and the views of the ocean from the house are gorgeous! Gabriela is very helpful and was flexible about check-in and check-out times. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

We were blown away- this place is perfect! Sleeping space for 14 but we had only 7 due to one couple backing out. Gorgeous space, details well thought out. Walks on beach, with high tides we saw a sea lion washed almost up to our gate! Kids adored the fire pole and the swing. Great WiFi. Great location. Great puzzles! Will be back!

We had a family group ranging from their early 60's to under 1 year old and everyone had an exquisite time at Vistamar. The house itself is immaculate, with the enormous floor plan, the spacious kitchen, the numerous outdoor decks and the ocean views adding so much more to the total experience. The house itself has a historical place on Seabright Beach and that adds a little bit of extra charm to the place. The house itself accommodated everyone perfectly, there were no issues with the bathroom or sleeping arrangements and the dining table and island seating worked out great for meals. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. The area is for the most part quiet & safe, there was the occasional homeless person yelling nearby, but this had no real impact on our stay, the college kids on the beach also caused some noise - especially after 9p but the park rangers (and SCPD) kept that in check. Vistamar is a definite must stay.

Home was ideal for our group . 5 adults and 3 children ages 12-14. Beautiful views of the ocean from kitchen / living room area and 2 upstairs bedrooms . Basement game area was ideal for the rainy days we had while there . Overall thought - worth every penny !

There is no way to convey how incredible this home is, until you see it in person! The location (directly on Seabright Beach) is outstanding - just set up for your beach day and hop back to the house for any snack/bathroom breaks. The kitchen/dining area is spectacular for people-watching and just taking in the breathtaking views. Kitchen is newly remodeled with high-end appliances and everything you need for cooking. Also, I have NEVER slept in more comfortable beds at an Airbnb - the master and downstairs rooms are so comfy, I need to ask Gabriela what kind of mattresses they are. Run, don’t walk, to this gem of a home!
