We spent a girls weekend at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Jen was beyond helpful and communicative before and during our stay with local recommendations. The house is beautiful and situated in a beautiful natural setting while still being close to amenities. The house was full of lovely charm and we took advantage of the walking trail and onsite goats, fire pit, hot tub, fireplace, and fully stocked chef's kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could need for full meal prep and presentation. Jen and Derek prepped the pull out beds for our group before our arrival which was a lovely touch - the (5) bedrooms had enough additional pull out sofabeds to allow for our group of (8) to all have their own bed, which was lovely. The family does live onsite in an adjacent accommodation (as noted in the listing). We ended out trip with a yoga session on the deck and would love to return in the future.

We were a group of 5 couples and the house was perfect for our reunion. The living and dining spaces were very large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving. The bedrooms were comfortable and all had their own bath. The house is an easy drive to wonderful hiking and beaches.

The farm home was beautifully decorated for the holidays - a perfect place for the family (three generations!) to share a few days of celebrating the season. Everything was in order. We were encouraged by the host to "get nosy", as we were sure to find (especially in the industrial-sized kitchen) anything that we needed. And we did. The home was obviously meant to accomodate large groups. The rooms were prepared with the number of alternated beds we needed (including the port-a-crib); each room had its own bath. We loved the back porches, hot tub and walkable surrounding area. We walked the trails throughout the farm - the grandkids were delighted when the goats walked with them! Instructions were detailed and very helpful. The host family was friendly and casual - we loved everything about the place!

Three generations (age 2 to 69) all gathered together for a family reunion at Jen's house. There was a big basket of local goodies and wine awaiting us upon arrival. Jen showed us around when we arrived and answered all of our questions. The house is huge and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the outdoor eating area which made cleaning up after the grankids a breeze. The children loved visiting the animals and were encouraged to take the goats for a walk. Unfortunately the pig had passed away but Jen is in the market for a new one. Overall, this was the perfect house for my family and helped to create memories we will never forget. Thank you, Jen, for sharing your house with us and being an excellent hostess!
