Spectacular, perfect location near shops, restaurants, etc. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Spacious and comfortable. Very responsive host. Fabulous!

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, close to a number of beaches, restaurants and shops. The garden is amazing, with spectacular views over the bay. The house is really well equipped, everything you think you might need is there. The layout is a little quirky in terms of the bedrooms as you have to go through one to to get to the double. And with a property this old there are some areas that might need freshening up. But overall a lovely home in a brilliant location. Recommended.

We had an exceptional stay at Marilyn’s beautiful Capitola property. She was super friendly and informative, and the property itself was amazing. Wonderful large home with plenty of character and ample space. The setting is amazing. Great yard, including a fire pit, with unobstructed views of the Pacific. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we had everything we needed for a memorable, special family vacation. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!
