Had a wonderful time! The hot tub was a plus and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this home for a beautiful stay in Aptos.

Great Location -it's an awesome spot. House is a bit dated and furniture is old and not very comfortable, but the location makes up for it. Only complaint is that two days before check in Cheshire approved a late check out on sunday giving us 2 extra hours (12 noon vs 10am). The day after we checked in I received a voicemail stating they could no longer honor that request because the owners wanted to come to the house. Super disappointing - the owner should have honored the prior arrangement.

The house was beyond our expectations. Clean, open, plenty of space for everyone, and a beautiful view. A few steps down to a great beach. We’ll be back to this location!

Ocean views, fireplace, and hot tub were highlights during our 3-night stay for 12 people! The rental company is responsive and helped us with late check-in, replacement of propane tank, and answering questions during our stay. Checkout procedures were not onerous which is helpful when trying to mobilize early! Plentiful parking for 6 cars and 6 parking passes was welcome too. We enjoyed beach walks, ambiance from the ocean waves, and hanging out on the large deck. The home is cozy and comfortable and looks like it has undergone a few recent upgrades - with hopefully more to come in bathrooms and kitchen. Didn’t see any damage in the home from recent storms in the area. Lots of homes being renovated on the street so it felt isolated. Overall a good stay for us!
