The condo is exactly as described, plus it is fully equipped and super clean. The view is amazing and location is centralized for everything in Maui. Roy has a binder of information for guests that gave excellent recommendations - everything we tried was awesome. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sugar Beach. It was a great location on Maui, very central to attractions on both ends of the island. It was great to have beach gear to borrow.

Everything was great! Central location, clean space, and stocked with all the beach essentials you’ll need. I has some issues with the lock, but the property manager promptly answered my call and addressed my issue! I would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy
