Very nice host and very helpful! Safe with many locks on the door. The neighbourhood is far from the center but with the scooter it was ok. Thank you for the visits! 😊😊

I had a great time during my two months stay, very friendly hosts, close to the local’s beach, and far enough from downtown so not to hear the bar music. There’s still noise, its Mexico. This is a locals’ area, not the main tourist zone, and I really liked that fact. Every local I talked to was very kind and helpful. To get downtown, to fifth, banks, “the tourist area”, is an easy 10–15-minute bus ride right at the corner and for only 7 pesos. I plan on returning next year for another two months, maybe more.

The hosts are so kind and helpful. It was one of the highlights of our one month stay at their apartment. The location is far from the city centre so perfect if you need calmess and rest. We rented their bikes so it’s a lot easier to go to the city centre of Playa del Carmen. We had some issues with hygiene but the hosts are actually the kindest and they really help you if anything is wrong. If you want a stay in Playa on a budget, I would highly recommend their place. And there’s a hammock that isn’t pictured on their page but I loved it haha!

Location is right near a nice beach , people in the neighborhood are very nice. The apartment is very comfortable and strong.

Excelente departamento, estuve un mes y fue muy agradable, muy limpio, completo y cómodo, está ubicado a 10 min caminado de la playa Punta Esmeralda y es fácil hacer compras ya que al rededor hay tiendas, tortillerías, farmacias. Hubo buena comunicación incluso nos ayudaron con indicaciones sobre que hacer, que visitar, dónde comer y siempre manteniendo la limpieza en todas las áreas del departamento. ¡Excelentes anfitriones! Sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme con ellos, gracias por recibirnos en su bello hogar!
