The Green Room has jungle views, ocean views from the terrace. The ensuite bathroom is large, tiled and has plenty of hot water. Windows are screened; the room has a ceiling fan, a Queen bed and a single. A large terrace overlooks the beach and ocean. There is a second separate bedroom, so the outdoor kitchen is shared. With the shared space, NO pets/service animals are accepted. See Villa Ndan listing for service animal accommodation. There are three flights of cement and cobblestone stairs to the bedroom(s). Two bedrooms are available, both with electricity, internet, and each has it's own large, tiled private bath with hot water. Bedroom(s) contain some owner's items. Both rooms have comfortable queen beds and quality linens. Towels are provided. In addition there is a single bed that serves as a sofa. Bedroom(s) have glassed windows with screens., a sliding glass door with screen and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is located between the rooms and is outside, shared. There is a stove with oven, refrigerator, slow cooker, microwave, drip coffee maker and china, utensils and cookware. Shared by the bedrooms is an expansive terrace, tiled, with a small table and deck chairs. Wifi is available, however cell phone service is spotty to non-existent.

What a view! This is a great location right on the beach. We spent almost all of our time on the beach or deck overlooking the ocean to watch the sun rise, set, and stars in the night sky. This is a place for quiet rejuvenation and a time to catch up on reading. The deck is spacious, well furnished and I appreciated the yoga mats. When we were there the water taxi schedule went to and from Yelapa in the morning and afternoon and Matteo helped us with the schedule. I would recommend leaving a day earlier than your flight out to be on the safe side. It may be helpful to bring some groceries with you as there are only two very small tienda/stores that have some basic supplies, we did our own cooking. There is no restaurant but apparently there is a woman from the village who will cook for you. We enjoyed meeting the small friendly expat community. Overall a remote hidden place of peace and beauty. We look forward to returning.

Pizota is s special place and Villa Ndan is the perfect place to stay if you want to stay on the beachfront. The space is comfortable and the outside shared kitchen and seating area were my favorite. Mateo (co-host) was present - he was very nice, helpful and very responsive to needs. I will definitely be back next year and staying at Villa Ndan again!

This is just a little slice of heaven overlooking the sea. Very well kept and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need from all bedding, towels, sun chairs, umbrella, etc. and fully stocked lovely outdoor kitchen. I will definitely be back as soon as possible stay as this great get away.

Pizota is a small fishing village of approximately 25 families. It has 2 tiendas (small stores) where you can buy basic food items including fresh vegetables, fruits, water, beer soda, wine or raicilla (a local tequila-like alcohol made from a variety of agave). There is no restaurant in Pizota. We have a family who will cook and serve on the beach, the menu is usually whatever they are having that day. Check for prices and availability. There are also some women of the village who will cook for you in house, normally at an hourly rate.
It's recommended that you shop in Puerto Vallarta for meats and anything that you need outside of basic food items

We can recommend our favorite Uber driver Jose if you need expert transportation. He will stop at local markets for food items if you request.
Very knowledgeable and he speaks good English.
Pizota is reached by water taxi from Boca de Tomatlin at a cost of 150 pesos. To get to Boca from Puerto Vallarta, take a bus from the Romantic Zone or cab. Typically Uber does not want to make the drive to Boca and some Uber drivers will charge both ways since they are unlikely to get a return trip. We recommend Jose for this trip, very reasonable and reliable. Be sure to ask how they will charge if using Uber. The Nayali water taxi makes 2 runs daily to Pizota from Boca, one leaves at 9 AM and one at 3 PM. Additionally, the Brianna water taxi leaves Boca at 5 PM but be sure to tell the boat captain you are going to Pizota when you board. (The Brianna sports a purple canopy above the boat--easy to spot!)
Pizota pier is on th south side of the town. There are porters available for the walk to Villa Ndn. They work for tips, thy do not get paid any commissions. Be careful when climbing the ladder...the boat movement can catch toes and be very painful.
Pizota does have a dirt and cobblestone road from El Tuito. It is not recommended. It is a very rough, steep mountain road and should not even be considered unless you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or truck. The is no parking lot in Pizota.
