Great condo! Very spacious & clean! Nicely decorated! Great 4th floor balcony for happy hour overlooking the ocean. We ate breakfast & dinners in so we could enjoy the view. Great kitchen with everything you need to prep meals. Cooked on the charcoal grill twice… there is a large grill on both ends of the building near the beach. Charcoal, lighter fluid and lighters were provided. From the elevator, cut through the office for direct access to the pool and beach.

The stay was great. Condo was clean, beds comfy, kitchen had all basic tools for cooking, pool and beach all right there. Across the street, a Publix, Dollar General and Dunkin. Had pizza from 321 Go Pizza; has a drive thru for quick pick up. Downtown Melbourne and Cocoa Beach not too far away. Must take Cape Canaveral lighthouse tour and visit Kennedy Space Center. Take a ride on an airboat. Orlando is about an hour away. Key West 6 hours away. I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, and seeing the sea turtle in the surf. Also, got to see a shuttle launch from the beach outside condo. This was an enjoyable stay and would recommend to friends and family.

The penthouse was exactly as described. The unit was super clean and the view was superb! We had a brief sisters trip with a quick trip to Orlando parks, so we did not need to cook in at all, but the kitchen was well equiped. The supermarket was a quick trip across the street, so we picked up the staples we would need for our stay, and we loved that Dunkin was right across the street as well. While the beach was a little narrow, this did not affect our beach time; we just moved our belongings back as the tide rolled in and opted to stay well above the tide line on our second day We walked the beach and put our feet in the water. We found lots of cool shells along the beach during our walk. We had a nice little getaway, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great room with new furnishings. Pool was nice. Very well insulated and quiet. Right on the beach with great views. The outside needs updating but room was nice.
