Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway with my fiance on the May Victoria Day weekend, thanks to Sandra. She went above and beyond our expectations with such thoughtful personalization of the space seeing as though it was my birthday, she left a nice cake and bottle to make the stay so much more memorable so thanks for that! The recommendations for food near by were awesome and loved hot tub and fire pit it was an amazing experience. Hope to stay at the cabin next!

Me and my GF are looking for a getaway and Sandra provided the best destination. The place we were clean and full of snacks, coffee, flowers and pretty much everything we needed. Internet is fast (I am a guy in IT) and everything is running smoothly, we are coming back this coming winter when MSl opens, highly recommended, you will see yourself!

Sandra was an excellent host, very warm and welcoming. The suite was very beautiful, clean and so comfortable. She definitely made us feel at home. This is as good as it gets, top host! and the best spot for a romantic gateway!

The Alive Wilderness Retreat stays true to every part of its title. From check-in, we felt welcomed and at home, allowing us to start our vacation the second we dropped our bags. We were welcomed with cupcakes and chocolate strawberries, and were sure to make use of the hot tub and beautiful fire pit. We were also able to make use of the snowshoes and explore some of the beauty that the hundred acre property has to offer. Sandra also gave us a ton of recommendations that allowed us to explore the local area. At check-out, they were very accommodating. We loved the Alive Wilderness Retreat and would recommend it to anyone!
