We would be pleased to stay here again. We have shared our experience with local friends.
We had such a nice time at Carolyn & Willy's. They had turned the fireplace on for us before we got there and were super responsive to the questions we had. We instantly relaxed looking out onto the lake. The beds were extra comfy and having two bathrooms felt super luxurious too. It's a great place for a quiet weekend away.

Carolyn and Willy's Barnstormer Inn is an excellent place to stay if you are exploring the Cariboo region. Situated on a lake with a peaceful view and close to a lot of lakes. As a fisherman this is the perfect place to stay at as you explore the surrounding lakes.

Carolyn and I have both grown up working in tourism and made it our career(s) for the better part of our lives. We greatly enjoy making new friends from all over the world. With a love for the outdoors, be it skiing, hiking, biking, flying, fishing, photography, writing and/or a combination of all of those, we are in a constant state of play it seems. Having had the opportunity to build, work and play at Canadian Mountain Holiday's most beautiful lodges, most recently CMH Silvertip Lodge, we've decided after a lengthy career, and seeking a bit more home time, to build "our own little lodge" to host family, friends and guests.
