The home was quite remote but very peaceful and tranquil which suited us fine. The breakfast provisions were super generous and very kind of Rae & Ian. Spacious living space..more than sufficient for 2 of us. Had to sleep with bedroom door open as it got too hot at night as there's no fan or air-conditioning in room. Unfortunately it was a very hot weekend when we were there about 38C+! Would hv loved to walk about & explore the grounds but it was just too hot. 😢

The emu cottage is a beautiful and peaceful place. The cottage is well equipped. The emus and llamas are a delight to watch. The cottage has beautiful quilts made by Rae,which are a nice touch to the place.Ian and Rae were friendly hosts. Breakfast basket and snacks provided were generous and lot of variety as well. A must stay for anyone looking for a getaway from hustle bustle.

Great value for money, the home was better than I expected. The breakfast basket was a nice touch, so was the additional sweets and snack box. The beds were comfortable and the view amazing.
