Robin had many thoughtful touches throughout, including great toiletries, coffee and condiments, and especially cold water bottles and a few chilled alcoholic drinks in the fridge---much appreciated!

I had a lovely, brief stay in Robin's room. She was a thoughtful host with everything you could possibly need available. She accommodated me for a later check out as well since she didn't have any guests following my stay. It borders a wooded area and I was greeted by a big squirrel in the morning. Her quaint outdoor area was nicely decorated with plants and seating. Easy access to the beach, just across the highway. I hope to stay again!

My wife and I visited Bethany again this year for a 4 day weekend and found Robin's place available in a good location at a good price. It was perfect for us as all we really needed was a bed, full bath, and TV for at night. You have your own private entrance and Robin provides all the little extras you may need for your trip to the area - beach chairs & umbrella, refrigerator with drinks, cooler, snack items and toiletries you may have forgotten. She was very responsive to every message and I'm sure if there was anything we needed she would have helped us out. Assuming available, I would definitely book with Robin again!

What a lovely place! My mom and I were super impressed with all of the extra amenities and goodies robin had prepared for us. Home away from home. Right across from a row of great restaurants and 4 minutes up the block from Bethany Boardwalk. Super easy parking. Highly recommend!
