Great place that is thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Rui was quick to respond to anything we needed. From the apartment, it is a quick walk to town, and there are lovely views of the valley from the terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

Before we went abroad, we decided to look for an apartment with a washing machine. This is because nowadays there is a difficulty with transferring luggage using airplanes. That is why we chose a relatively expensive apartment because the website said it had a washing machine. When we arrived at the apartment it turned out that there was no washing machine. We contacted the owner of the apartment, and instead of checking the mistake, he was rude, and claimed in an unpleasant tone that things never happened and that we were confused. We took a photo of the writing in our language, on the website. Only the next day he asked if we need help. Mistakes can happen but there is a more appropriate way to handle in such an embarrassment. Perhaps instead of filling the apartment with so much unnecessary furniture (like department in ikea store) , a washing machine could be installed for the benefit of those traveling on the road
