Erin's beach house was amazing! We were specifically looking for something that was handicap accessible for elders with mobility issues. For either entryway there is only one step. The first floor design was perfect for what we were looking for including the showers. The place is wonderful because those with mobility issues, they could literally see the ocean without having to go very far. The place is extremely kid friendly and could host a giant family. We loved the sunsets on the back patio. We had fun grilling out every night. The beach house is also very close to many other fun places to visit. We hope to return next year with our entire clan!

My extended family spent a few days at this lovely home between Christmas and New Year's and enjoyed every minute. The house is perfect and has beautiful views from both floors. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Wells with a large group. It is updated, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The owners are responsive and helped me a lot with recommendations before, after and during our stay. Checkin was easy - Can't say enough good things about this home!

We were an extended family celebrating Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving weekend at Erin's home. The home was spectacular and had everything we needed. With two kitchens it was easy to cook dinner for our group. Best of all was the incredible view of the marsh area in the back of the house. We watched the tide come in and out and saw spectacular sunsets right from the upstairs kitchen/living room area and deck. Plus the beach was across the street for morning walks. I highly recommend Erin's beautiful home in Wells!

Great place. Great location. Beautiful sunsets. Spent time on both decks. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
