A great place for a break in North East Norfolk. Plenty to see and do in the area if the outdoors is your thing. Marianne and Jonathan were great hosts - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The welcome gifts, including Marianne's home baked bread and cakes were lovely. Really clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities you might need. The private garden area was great and being able to wander in the extensive woodland was great.

My husband and I stayed at Oak View Loft for three nights. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The private garden with two sets of tables and chairs is a plus. The welcome pack was fabulous and contained delicious home made brownies and bread and a bottle of wine plus essential food items. It was an ideal location for visiting the coast and The Broads. We walked from the property to the beaches at Eccles and Sea Palling. Would recommend Ross' Wildlife Boat Trips at Horsey Windpump about 10 minutes up the road. We had a wonderful hour on Horsey Mere. A real highlight was an afternoon spent at East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden which is not too far away. We had a decent meal in The Star Inn in Lessingham. They serve good quality pub food. All in all we had a very enjoyable break in Norfolk.

Lovely apartment, comfortable, really clean and well equipped. Lots of extra touches. Was great to have some lovely fresh bread, brownies, wine and provisions on arrival. The grounds are fabulous, we enjoyed walking by the river and through the woods each morning. Marianne & Johnathan are Friendly hosts and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic 1st time stay at Oak View Loft and it most certainly will not be the last. Upon arrival we received such a warm welcome from the hosts including a welcome hamper of homemade bread and brownies, butter, orange juice, a bottle of wine and freshly laid eggs from their very own hens. The loft is located in the most perfect setting and there is so much space. To have access to all the grounds was amazing, being a family of 4 we did some exploring in the forest and where welcomed to use the family trampoline and swing /slide which was really generous. The loft was the perfect size for a family of 4 and was extremely well equipped, it was clean and everything was of a good standard. Also it is ideally located for all attractions which again with kids is very good. We can’t thank our hosts enough for the kinds hospitality and the attention to detail, it really did provide the fantastic holiday we were hoping for and even got us wanting to return for more.

As a family of 4 with 2 small kids we wanted something with some space for them to be able to play. There was so many thoughtful touches when we arrived, milk, eggs, orange, wine, freshly baked break and brownies! I was asked before we checked in if we required a stair gate and bed guard which were fantastic and all set up! There’s a toy cupboard full of toys, lots of family dvds, a potty/step which is incredible and so handy to already have on site! The kids loved the play tractor in our own private garden, the trampoline was a big hit and even a good wander round the woodland spotting all the wildlife! Easy to find, so quiet and private. Such a modern place which is super homely, and even plastic plates, cups and bowls for the kids too! Definitely the best place we have ever stayed and was a real home from home! We will be back for sure!
