What a great experience! Chowari is a very nice town, with beautiful views and trekking options...plus it is perfect if you wish just to relax too! My room was amazing, with natural light from big windows, sparkling clean, spacious, with a super comfy double bed and a huge terrace. Location was perfect too...close to the main road and the market, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hospitality was outstanding: Mridul's family has been more than lovely with me...they took care about me in all possible ways, from food to local tips! Can not thanks them enough! Can not think about a better option if you wish to visit that area!

Mriduls place is located in the residential area very near to crowded Chowari market, but the homestay is serene and calm. It has lots of open spaces, a big terrace and the entire house is well ventilated, clean, spacious. The room offers a beautiful view of the mountains and one can spend the whole day just at the homestay admiring the view. Anshuman puts in all out efforts to make your stay comfortable and is very professional. We were delighted to have the local cuisine served by Anshuman. Only issue is the narrow streets of market, but Anshuman has a solution for that too. Bottomline is one can expect a comfortable and relaxing stay at mriduls place with Anshuman to take care of anything and everything you would need.

Lovely place.. In line with the description and the reviews. Great Initiative to promote the local community. Would have stayed longer if it wasn't already sold out. Special mention for the lovely dinner served by the host and his wife.

We stayed at A nshuman place for 2 days. Food was too good. I haven't tasted such food even in five star hotel. We played badminton with their child (sachit) . Though there are some parking issue for big cars. It is preferable to visit with small cars
