Great cabin in the woods. Peaceful country setting. If youre wanting to get away I would recommend and stay again.

We went during the fall color change and the view was amazing. Cabin was just what we needed to get away. We kayaked and hiked and even went down to hinch creek to rock hunt. Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy cabin. Loved just sitting out and listening to the birds and watching the butterfly's. Highly recommended.

Excellent, secluded spot with respectful and attentive hosts! Totally tucked away from the world while still retaining easy access to excellent hikes, caves, and river excursions. (There’s an outfitter renting canoes and dinghies on the Meramec River less than ten minutes away, and the amazing Onondaga Caverns aren’t much farther.) After a day of hiking and grilling, pop in one of the ‘90s VHS tapes on offer and you’ll almost believe you’ve been beamed back to a time before cell towers. The friendly goats across the road are icing on the cake. Six stars out of five. Three thumbs up.

We really enjoyed our stay and hiking the nearby Ozark Trail. The Hinch Creek valley is very serene. Love the Ozarks!
