Danehill Manor is a wonderful and unique place unlike any other. The natural beauty that surrounds the property speaks for itself. What makes this a truly one-of-a-kind experience is the proprietor and host, Karin Dilou. Instantly I felt a connection to Karin that is hard to describe. She is a special person who left an impression that will stay with us forever. We will be coming back, and bringing our friends and family to experience this wonderful place and amazing host.

It's hard to describe how wonderful my stay at Dane Hill Manor was. To start, Karin was fantastic during booking and before I arrived—very communicative and flexible. Meeting her in person was even better, as she's an amazing person with plenty of fascinating, inspiring stories to tell about her life. I thoroughly enjoyed talking/interacting with her and her sons. Some other things I loved about my stay: - Dane Hill Manor is a stunning property. Sunrises and sunsets are truly special there. - Karin's cooking is AMAZING. Best omelette I've ever had for breakfast, and delicious, perfectly prepared salmon for dinner. - The horses on property are friendly and chill. I took a horsemanship lesson and, despite being around horses a good amount in life, I learned so much about how to communicate with these gentle animals. - I had a life-changing massage while staying there—it was a somatic massage, which was new to me. I will definitely be returning to Dane Hill Manor as soon as I can!

Great weekend at Danehill Manor celebrating our anniversary. Karin was an attentive host with a beautiful home and property (and a great cook too!) Staying in the treehouse was a unique experience and a lot of fun. We hope to return sooner than later!

Magical. Karin is an amazing host with such compelling life experiences to share. The rest of the stay was totally secondary to the time we spent with her. The ranch is pristine and we spent a lot of quality time with the birds, horses and dogs. She is a talented chef. The masseuse was fantastic. All in - one of the top travel experiences of our lives and just what we needed!

An out of the world experience that will leave you truly changed. As all the other reviews have shared, it is so much more than even promised. Go, don’t wait, and stay. Take it all in, the horse classes and healing with her amazing son, Christian as well. It is life changing. You will leave different and want more. Karin is one in a million and truly a fascinating character you will be so lucky to connect to. Karin welcomes you and offers her home, her life, love, passion and horses to you without hesitation or restriction, to experience as your own. It’s such a true gift.
