I ended up staying in a different, larger unit in the same building. It was very spacious and had a nice private deck. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and Girum was very responsive. It's also a good location - right next to a couple different bus lines and only about 5-10 minutes from the green/yellow line metro stop.

We had to move to a different unit in the same building due to maintenance that was happening on this unit. Girum was very accommodating in making sure we were able to stay in another unit in the location. Overall, Girum is a great host, very quick to respond to inquiries from us and provide us with the requested amenities. When the unit we were placed in may not have had everything we needed, so that was always welcomed. We had workspace and fast Wi-Fi to do work in the location so that was an added plus. The location is amazing as it was easy to walk to various grocery stores and restaurants. About 4-5 blocks from the train stop which made getting anywhere in the city quite easy. Short walk to 14th and other areas to enjoy local fare as well. Highly recommend staying with Girum in any of their properties.

Girum was a fantastic host! Very responsive to all my needs + questions. The space itself is huge, sunny and lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was very pleasant. I found the location great; free parking across the street, nice park nearby, and only 5-10 minutes walk to the underground station. I appreciated the host's quick replies to any of my requests, too.
