Rob and Debbie are wonderful hosts. This was the perfect location for my commute as a travel worker. The area is very walkable and close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was cozy and comfortable, located in a condo complex full of people who gather together in the evening to grill and socialize. Very laidback. Wonderful location within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The hosts were communicative, helpful, friendly, and hospitable, even from a distance. I stayed there for a weeklong visit to my office and loved coming “home” to an actual home in the evening rather than an impersonal hotel room. The full kitchen was the best! Thank you and I can’t wait to come stay in one of your properties again!

Great experience with these hosts, Rob and Deb! I originally signed up to stay in one of their studios but they had a one bedroom available that they upgraded me too. (So not sure which listing this will be on). The one bedroom was lovely - gorgeous newly renovated kitchen, a private outdoor space/patio, and lots of indoor space. Also in a really nice complex with great outdoor amenities. I stayed alone and had a ton of family in another complex but last minute decided it wouldn’t be conducive to working while I was there, and luckily found this option that I can imagine is always booked solid throughout the summer. Very fortuitous 🤩 The one concern I have I’ve experienced in multiple places in Carpinteria - the wifi sometimes struggled on zoom calls with multiple people. I’m not sure if it’s the Cox providers in the area or what, but that always seems to be a concern in Carpinteria. Other than that, I would highly recommend Rob and Deb’s one bedroom that I stayed at, and I know they have multiple units and are very accommodating. Overall a great experience!
