Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and within walking distance to the beach and shops in town. Carpinteria is always one of our favorite towns to visit. Dog friendly which was very important to us. We felt right at home.

We love the “little blue house” as my grandkids describe it.. plenty of space for multi generational trip. Washer/Dryer is a great amenity! No complaints just happy memories leaving with us.. Thank you Kathy!

Awesome beach home. Actually larger than it appears in the photos. Super comfy furniture and beds. Enough pots and pans and kitchen utensils to cook whatever you want. Very comfortable home - and easy to get to beach and town. We never drove anywhere. Felt safe enough to let our 14 and 12 year olds wander up to the stores or the corner burger joint by themselves. Additionally, Kathy was a very responsive and proactive host. We had an issue with a broken coffee maker upon our arrival, and Kathy not only immediately responded to me, but she had the coffee maker replaced within an hour. We felt very taken care of! If you're looking for a casual, beach vacay - book Kathy's place!
