If you're new to the island, this is a great home base to explore! The apartment had everything we were looking for -clean, quiet, good internet, and dedicated parking spot. The weather was surprisingly chilly -we didn't need AC for the majority of our stay. Opening the windows created a great cross breeze. Place was also a great spot for whale watching, lots of activity! Small downside -there is some food within walking distance, but for the most part you'll need to drive to get to better spots (10-15 min).

Mark’s condo exceeded our expectations! He was so wonderful to communicate with and fixed a small issue almost instantly for us. I can’t even describe the amazing view we saw every day from the balcony. Beautiful sunrises, whale sightings, boat activity. I wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to return. Thank you Mark!

This place has everything you need, clear instructions on how to make the most of your stay, and an excellent location. We enjoyed the ocean view, the friendly neighbors and community cats, the local store for coffee and breakfast, and the aquarium. The amenities were great, we loved that there were items to borrow that made the most of our beach days. I would definitely stay there again.

Mark’s condo is exactly as described in his AirBnB post. You are greeted with wide, expansive and breezy ocean views the moment you enter his apartment. It is neat with an impeccable pool downstairs that is heated to keep the swimmers comfortable. The beach outside is almost private with amazing sunset views across the bay of the Kihei beach town and numerous sailboats. Mountains on the other end with windmills perched on it and clouds floating over it provide an unmatched peaceful environment that completely relaxes you. All of us had an excellent time in and around his condo and made memories that we’ll cherish forever.
