Great little house in a perfect area. Looking forward to staying here again. Awesome backyard with deck that is amazing for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or beer in the evening.

Sabrina's place was excellent. Very clean and well appointed. It is very close to Univ of Arkansas campus, but not too close if you want a quieter setting. We stayed here for December graduation at Bud Walton and it was a 3-5 minute drive down to the arena, and that included the traffic. This place is perfect for a small group of friends or family. The pictures perfectly depict the place. The only notable to be aware that isn't obvious in the pictures is there is a shared driveway with the house next door. This place has room for 2 vehicles off to the side of the shared driveway next to the house. Street parking isn't really possible here, so I would say 2 vehicles parking is your max. Just be aware of that and you can't go wrong with this place. It has a full backyard and deck for sitting if you visit in spring, summer or fall.

Thank you for the great personal touches! The place was clean and tidy and had everything our family of 5 needed. Great coffee! We enjoyed the park across the street as well.
