The place was easy to find coming off the Vesuvius Ferry. We have been in phone connection prior to our arrival and she was right there. We had a beautiful room and use of the garden. We had a beautiful sunset at the little beach down the street. The kitchen facilities were all that we needed. We did end up finding a great restaurant by accident - the Hen and Hound Brasserie where the food was excellent. We also had the opportunity to go to the Saturday market and a walk at Ruckles Park.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place! The room was cosy and clean. A very quick walk to the beach. Lisa is a warm and welcoming host!

The room and cottage is wonderfully charming, as is Lisa herself. I immediately felt at home, and loved just sitting in the garden with a morning cup of tea. Truly just a minute walk away from Vesuvius Beach, which offers a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset or evening stars. I also received a fusion facial treatment, which was so nourishing and tailored to my needs. Not to mention the bonus of being able to settle in for the night, immediately after the relaxing session. Deeply recommended. Thank you Lisa!

Our stay at Lisa's was wonderful. The place is near the beach, and everything about this house looked like a fairy cottage. Our stay at Saltspring Island was one of the most memorable thing about my year abroad. Lisa invited us for Easter to celebrate with her family. We felt home because Lisa was so caring by offering us rides to the city and recommendations. Thank you so much Lisa for being this wonderful and inspiring!
