The home is conveniently located within walking distance of tiger tail beach and two mins away from shopping and dinning. I would however say that the home itself is dirty and needs updating. Much of the pool area has mildew growing on it and many of the sliding doors do not open or come off the track when used. Also the couch has large holes in it and generally the home needs upkeep. It’s a great location and that can make up for a lot but renters should have an accurate idea of what they are renting and the photos are clearly from years ago.

While the house is in a good location and was relatively clean on arrival, there were many issues we addressed with the host that never was fixed during our stay. Blinds were missing, cabinets missing knobs, doors not closing all the way, trash can filled with maggots, bikes rusted/unusable, among many other things. The listing does not accurately reflect this house.

The house common area was very spacious and comfortable. Every meal was eaten outside in the pool area. There is a big table that comfortably seats 7 in the lanai. It’s so great being In south Florida and not having to worry about bugs at all. The fan above the table really cooled you down if you need a quick break from the sun. All of the appliances were clean and worked well. We were able to cook nice meals with everything provided. The location is probably the best part about this house. We walked to tiger tail beach every day without issue. The house is also .5 miles from Kendall drive which allowed super easy lefts onto N. Collier which was really busy. There are so many restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores within 1-2 miles of the house. Everyone at the house was comfortable the whole trip and had a great time. We would absolutely stay here again

Nice and cozy house. Nice covered pool. Great location. Close to the beach, shopping, activities and restaurants. We had a family vacation and stayed there for two weeks. Absolutely loved it

Great location only a couple walking blocks from Tigertail beach. Our kids, who range from 16-27, really enjoyed the pool & bikes so much. This house is gorgeous & amazing. The layout of the home was spectacular with bedrooms spaced so everyone had their own privacy. A lady a couple of houses down sells fresh off the tree mangos! We had fresh mango smoothies every morning & homemade mango salsa that were so delicious. Eight adult sized people stayed in this home & we had plenty of room. Will definitely consider going back!
