We really enjoyed being at Paul’s place. Perfect for us four. The only thing that we didn’t like was the pool temp - it was very warm & not refreshing for hot temps. But, maybe others would like this! And Paul probably doesn’t really have control over this.
Perfect location. Bottom room was nice and roomy. It was hard to cool off that room due to it was very humid outside. There was a portable air conditioner and it did work. Very clean and updated. I would definitely stay again if it would be available.
Bugs. Basement master too hot to stay in. Uncomfortable and outdated furniture. Old used towels. Dirty linens. Slow host communication. Old outdated building.

We rented Paul’s place with our 4 kids and it was the perfect amount of space for us since we had both levels. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully! My favorite was the kitchen! It was nice being on the water and we went to the Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill which has excellent food! If you are claustrophobic, I don’t recommend the downstairs unit for yourself, but it’s great for a couple of your kids to stay down there. My husband felt like the ceiling was was too low for him, but he’s tall ;). Overall, we would definitely recommend this unit for others and would love to stay again!

Marco Island is 6 miles around and easy to navigate by car....bicycle or boat. There is also CAT Transportation bus service that can take Guests to destinations throughout Collier County. Taxi Airport transportation and rental car options are available as well.
