We thoroughly recommend Gianluca's beautiful apartment. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean and has everything you need to feel at home. It is even nicer than the photos. The view from the balconies is stunning. The location is also perfect - right beside the beach, near a lovely local supermarket, the train station and a marvellous stroll along the promenade to the gorgeous old town. Elia was very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay. Thank you for everything.

We stayed here for one week with our four children (ages 4-11) and we would highly recommend it. The instructions for check in were clear and easy. Check out was equally easy. All communication was prompt. The apartment is in a good area. Quiet at night. It’s less than a block to the free beach which was great with young kids. Monterosso has lots of beach area compared to the other towns of Cinque Terre; and more options for dining and shopping. There are restaurants, grocery stores and a playground very close. I’m glad we chose to stay in the new part of town. The apartment was perfectly clean. We appreciated the washing machine, drying rack and kitchen. There are so many beds, closet space, extra blankets, and lots of towels. Plus, two full bathrooms! The balconies were delightful and there’s so much natural light! We hiked the trails from Corniglia to Vernazza and back to Monterosso one morning and another day we took the ferry to Porto Venere. Both were nice outings.

몬테로소 역에서 아주 가깝고 해변도 바로 앞이라 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 근처 거리에 카페나 레스토랑도 많아서 이용하기 편했습니다 사진과 똑같았고 깨끗했으며 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 정전이 되었는데 해결 방법을 바로 알려주어서 쉽게 해결할 수 있었습니다 몬테로소에 다시 오게된다면 다시 머무르겠습니다

We really enjoyed our stay at Gianluca's property in Monterosso. The sea views were beautiful, our children enjoyed the playground nearby, it was very walkable to restaurants, cafes, and hiking trails, & there was plenty of space for our family of 7. They offer a covered parking spot for a reasonable fee, but we have a van so we made use of the large public parking nearby which was very convenient (25 euro/first two days then 10euro/day) We really appreciated the kitchen amenities such as the pots and pans, spatulas, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave as we made a few meals in the apartment. We communicated mostly with Gianluca's son, Elia, who was very informative & helpful, and they left us information on hikes, trash schedule, and things nearby which we greatly appreciated. We didn't need the AC as the weather was cool but that is a huge plus for the summer months! We would definitely stay again! My only recommendation would be perhaps a few more pillows but nothing else :)
