With two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds, the master room with gorgeous views and an ensuite. The home is finished with the highest quality appliances, gorgeous decor and the look is completed with polished timber flooring. Downstairs you will find a separate retreat perfect for a second family or the in laws, this retreat features a queen bed, double bed and also a cot. (NO internal stairs). Despite its growing popularity, the town maintains its small coastal village charm, perfecting the balance of catering to thriving tourism needs while protecting its beautiful national parks and marine sanctuary. An ideal holiday destination for families, Nelson Bay offers pristine beaches with lovely calm water swimming, waterfront parklands with BBQ facilities, a playground for children, weekend markets, a variety of shops and boutiques, and the Marina, which offers a range of aquatic activities daily. Pets are NOT welcome at this property. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 2pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence. Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am. Note: Cancellation policy is as per LJ Hooker Nelson Bay website. No Schoolies or Party Bookings.
No clothes dryer as advertised, LJ Hooker did however approve paying for laundry mat( who wants to sit in laundry Mat on holidays) needs fumigation after killing many cockroaches ( apparently normal for this area)! Upstairs and location perfect ( downstairs not ideal for privacy, needs a wall)
Great stay, house was very clean and matched description. Just and FYI to travellers booking, beware of the parking in the street as the rangers are out and about handing out fines. Parking in the drive way could comfortably fit 3 cars. Access to the beach was easy, would recommend.
