After booking he will call you and say to cancel, so that we can book directly through him and avoid payment of 30% share which goes to airbnb. He says straight. While chatting he will be polite, projects of adhering to rules. Once booking confirms, next moment he looks of cancellation. And call every now and then to check what time we are reaching the place (not concerned about safety n all) just that he can quickly accommodate others. Overall, we have a very bad experience with Antonio, right from the check in to checkout. He gave us a glass which broke when we poured hot water (not that hot), for that also he was arguing and many glasses he gave was broken before itself. Took the deposit in the name of airbnb Rs.10000/-, charged us Rs.3000/- just for no damage. Drinking water bottle he said complimentary while checkin, later said it is chargeable, I dint commit anything like that. He is big lier and not stable mentally. This is a honest review.

An entire apartment all to yourself. Apartment situated in a calm, quiet residential area. Mr. Antonio and his wife are very warm and welcoming people, who made us feel comfortable and were always around to help. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Definitely a must visit if you're in South Goa. Very near to Majorda Beach as well.

Appartement très propre, et très bien pour le prix ! Bien situé 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Que Antonio ou sa femme sois là 24h/24 est un grand plus. N'hésitez pas a leur demander conseil ils sont a l'écoute. Si vous venez de l'aéroport, et que vous voulez économiser de l'argent a n'importe quel heure vous pouvez trouver un taxi a moindre coût devant l'aéroport. Nous avons pris le transfert proposer par Antonio, ponctuel rien a dire. Par contre je trouve ça dommage que en plus des 1400 roupies je dois payer l'entrée du parking pour l'aéroport. Minibar mis à disposition dans la chambre prix correct. Mais l'eau plate devrait être gratuite et non payante. La wifi, n'est pas toujours fonctionnel, ce n'est pas un problème qui vient des hôtes. Parfois il n'y a plus d'accès à internet, même souvent. Manque de pression dans la douche. Ce ne sont que des petites choses a améliorer. Nous avons tout de même passé un super séjour. Et les hôtes sont très sympas !
