Our accommodation didn’t match the photos at all and we were disappointed that we were on a low floor that was noisy and smelled of the restaurant below. Thankfully on the Monday (after two nights) the manager was able to more us to a better room for the rest of the week. The manager was very helpful in accommodating us. I would recommend you check the floor you are on before committing. Having said that - the place was clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything you can do at Surfers. Fox TV and excellent intent was also a bonus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach across the road, great views from all rooms, so close to everything so easy to walk. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Clean, well presented and quiet.
Was good for the money, towel rack in the other bathroom fell of immediately and the other room had 3 single beds instead of the double bed and 1 like the images showed.

Set on 2.5 acres of lovely gardens, Focus Apartments offer ocean, river or hinterland views. Just 100 m from Surfers Paradise Beach, it features an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a sauna. Laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave are standard in all apartments. Each apartment also offers a flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. Focus Apartments Surfers Paradise is 10 minutes’ drive from both Jupiters Casino and Seaworld. Gold Coast Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Guests can work out in the fitness center, relax in the hot tub, or share a casual meal in the BBQ area. 1 free car parking space, per apartment, is available on-site. We offer check in at Reception and have assistance for our after hours guests. Our staff are also happy to help you throughout the day, 7 days a week.
