What a great property, if you are in the area highly recommend staying here. We were in the area for a girls weekend and could not have asked for a better place, Kathryn was amazing, responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be back!

Kathryn’s place was a perfect spot for a weekend of R&R. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was clean and well supplied. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. We had more than enough space for the 8 of us to spread out. Our kids loved exploring outdoors and taking walks to the creek. We ventured out for a hike at Ricketts Glen. When we didn’t cook our meals, we enjoyed eating at the High Knob and at Pier 87. The added touch of hot cocoa, teas and popcorn were appreciated. We definitely recommend a stay at Kathryn’s place.

A beautiful cabin with a mix of old and new. The upstairs bedroom had multiple beds and one room with a toilet. It felt like an old summer camp. The main floor has two beautiful living rooms which can seat many guests. The wood burning fireplace is so relaxing on the cool, crisp evenings. The breakfast/dining room area is all remodeled and very workable. The deck out front allows you to watch the multiple deer that come up in the local field to eat. In the remodeled basement you will find a sleeper sofa and the one full bathroom. My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our October weekend exploring gorgeous Sullivan county. Kathyrn was a gracious hostess and always available.
