The location is great for exploring West Cornwall, it’s private and quiet. However, the place itself is much smaller than expected so if you’re a couple travelling with kids look for something else. Comfort level is unfortunately subpar. The bed in the main bedroom has the worst mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. We stayed for 4 nights and I never rested well. I am 6ft 2 and my legs were off the mattress below knee level. The lights are very dim and the light fixtures very ugly thus creating a depressing atmosphere inside. The second room is so small it could never be used for anything other than keeping the bags and stuff. Overall, it felt like everything is made to very low quality levels, functional but just barely made to quickly be used as a business.

This is the second time we have been here and it was just as clean ,tidy, quiet as the first time. superb stay, recommended. We will return at some stage.
