Great hostess! Very fast and responsive to our requests. The home was immaculate. Apparently she has a dog, but the home was so clean you would never know it. Her welcome book provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We really enjoyed the view of Elliott Bay and the cruise ship port from the large and pristine hot tub. Extremely quiet neighborhood, with plenty of street parking. Overall this home provided everything needed for a relaxing getaway.

We loved staying at this home! It was so well appointed - beautiful furniture, clean rooms, comfy beds, lovely accessories and styling, and an idyllic private garden space with views that the listing pictures can’t begin to capture, despite their beauty. It feels like a “Secret Garden!” We feel fortunate to have had such a wonderful space during our visit to Seattle. Although the second bedroom is not attached to the main home the space it is not far from the main home entrance, just a couple of steps away and all inside a private courtyard. It all felt very cohesive. The neighborhood is very quiet with not much traffic. So nice to have one off-street parking space in Queen Anne! The host was so helpful, kind, and gracious. We hope to return someday!

Wow, Kimberly's place is amazing and is even better than the listing shows. The landscaping throughout all the outdoor areas gives this home such an amazing feel. Everything indoors and out is extremely high quality; we loved utilizing the wonderful kitchen (and grill just outside) for cooking dinner one night! I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Exceptional stay! Can’t say enough great things about Kimberly’s home. So nice to stay here with my husband and adult children. The house was so welcoming, warm, and cozy. The chef’s kitchen was amazing as were the accommodations. We were lucky to get a view of the mountains on our first day from the fabulous back garden area and from inside the living room. Loved everything about Kimberly’s home!
