The inviting and comfortable home has two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and brand new carpet. The living room features a wood fireplace; and the well equipped kitchen includes stone countertops and stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. An outdoor gas grill is also available. The home is located on the upper level, so guests must climb a flight of stairs to access the rental. Guests will not have access to the lower level garage / workshop but are welcome to park under the carport. Located approximately seven miles from the popular Vista View Events venue, it is the perfect home base when you are in town celebrating a special occasion. Alternatively, a five mile drive to I-70 (Silt) will find you centrally located among the many activities of Glenwood Springs, Rifle and Grand Junction. State parks, hot springs, skiing and wineries are all only a short drive away. AMENITY LIMITATIONS: • Guests will not have access to the garage. • Fire wood, etc. is not provided.
