This place was perfect for our family and Lori was an amazing host! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed that most places don't provide (bag to carry gear to the pool, boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, beach towels, etc.) Lori even provided white noise sound machines when I asked about box fans for sleeping! The grounds were very clean and it was easy to find chairs at the pool. Parking was perfect and the condo is close to the elevator and stairs. The view from the balcony was stunning and a great place to watch the sunrise and get a little sun while having morning coffee. The grocery store and a few restaurants are within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Lori was an excellent host, super helpful & she went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful stay!! It is a beautiful place, very nice area, we felt very safe with our kids in the condo and in New Smyrna. The view and the sunrises were incredible, and the beach is literally right outside the doors.
