All of that right at your doorstep, while you're still only an easy 20 minute drive from downtown Asheville. This brand new construction 2 bedroom house is your perfect home away from home. The first level of the home is open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath and laundry area. There is ample space in the bright living room, with comfy seating, a large Smart TV and plenty of board games. The living room is open the dining room, which will comfortably seat four and looks right into the the brand new state of the art kitchen. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the cooking and kitchen gadgets one might want or need. There is a side door that leads to an outdoor gas grill. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a beautiful king bed and large Smart TV, as well as ample closet space and a dresser. The custom en suite bathroom had a double vanity and custom tile tub. The other bedroom has a queen bed and the en suite bathroom has a custom tile shower. There is a full size washer/dryer in the home. The front porch has comfortable seating with a ceiling fan - the perfect way to spend those beautiful spring, summer or fall evenings! Please note, there is a one-bedroom in law unit attached to this house. There is one shared wall, but other than that, everything is separate, from the parking to the entrance, to the outdoor space. There is additional insulation in the one shared wall in order to diminish noise disruptions. We allow a dog under 30 lbs. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If you have more than one dog, there will be an additional pet fee. Please make sure to add your dog to your reservation so the fee will be included. We do not allow cats.
