在这个经过全面改造的海滨度假屋中，放松身心，与家人和朋友共度美好时光。设有4间卧室、3间全功能卫生间、阳光房、大露台和户外空间宽敞的露台和户外空间、令人叹为观止的水景和日落，可直接通往水域。享受令人惊叹的布什河风光和无可挑剔地进入大自然。提供皮划艇、桨板、火坑、烧烤架、户外家具。最多可入住12人（不得超过8位成人）。禁止接待房客或举办派对/活动。 1楼：厨房、早餐区、全功能卫生间、家庭房、带餐桌的阳光房（最多可容纳10人）卧室1是两张全尺寸床卧室2有一张单人床和一张带脚轮的单人床（共4张单人） Den配备一张双人床二楼：主卧室配有一张标准双人床和一张单人床，配备全功能浴室，可通往二楼甲板家庭房间配备全尺寸沙发床、电视和全功能卫生间，带隐私房间隔板。

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Katie's place. Pros: lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, beautifully updated home, and wonderful outdoor area, thoughtful additions like games and plenty of outdoor seating. Cons: kitchen did not have all amenities you'd expect and the neighbors were pretty nosey during our stay - we did not feel like we had a lot of privacy especially while outside, which is a shame considering how nice the outdoor space is. Would recommend staying overall!

This is a beautiful home with wonderful views and pristine accommodations. Great for families and awesome if you're visiting the Cal Ripken Experience. Great place to stay!
