You'll love our home in Dolores, Colorado, where the desert meets the San Juan Mountains. Nestled in the beautiful Dolores river valley, our home is the perfect basecamp for a variety of outdoor and historic adventure options. The Dolores River, McPhee Reservoir, miles of mountain biking trails, infinite hiking options, Mesa Verde National Park and several other archeological wonders are a few options for those who are looking to opt-outside. 1 hr to Telluride. 1 hr to Durango. Part country, part bohemian, the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. We lived there for over 10 years and continue to make improvements. Although we do our best to keep the outside spaces clean, there are 2 large trees that continuously shed something. We think the shade of the dual canopy is worth the leafy mess.
