Northview is a contemporary Westcoast inspired home featuring reclaimed old growth fir and cedar vaulted ceilings and accents. Ask us for help** Northview is also setup for workcation or remote work. Enjoy ocean views while you work and relaxing seaside strolls or outdoor activities when your not working. Ideal for working professionals with families. Northview has gorgeous ocean views in the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and on the patio. This vacation rental home has vaulted ceilings, a spacious living room, custom designed kitchen, heat pump/air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry area. There are also desks and high-speed wifi for remote working. The main floor is a bright and spacious 2000 sqft open plan area with 2 large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite with separate jacuzzi soaker tub and two-person shower. The second bedroom has two double beds. For additional guests, 1 platform double bed can be setup in the downstairs foyer. Northview offers 4 beds and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Crib is available upon request. There is a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, KitchenAid mixer, pots, pans, dishes, cups and cutlery. There are Cutco knives and basics in the pantry including: salt, pepper, herbs, sauces, condiments, flour, sugar, pasta, etc. We also provide a selection of teas, local coffee, milk, coffee cream, and cereal. Ideal for families, small groups, wedding parties, etc. Beach access is a 4-minute walk away with numerous access to food, walking paths, hiking trails, biking routes, rivers, waterfalls, beaches and more within a 15-minute drive. Union Bay, Fanny Bay, Denman Island and Hornby Island are within a 20-minutes drive: perfect for a day excursion.

We enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the house. Very clean, beautiful (amazing view too) and it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Annette is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and even provided a chair booster for my baby and gate for the stairs. She went above and beyond! I loved that she decorated the place with Her Majesty’s xmas tree and other decorations since we spend Christmas there away from our California home. It made our stay more magical! Thank you, Annette!

Great ocean views from every window and close to Royston Seaside Trail. The living room was a great place to relax with beautiful art on the walls and full bookcases to peruse. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen with its high-quality dishes and appliances and very much appreciated the coffee, milk, eggs and condiments in the fridge, as well as the basket of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and strawberries from the garden. The beds and luxury bedding were super comfy, as was the amazing en-suite with its heated floor and more. We very much appreciated having two work stations, and also being able to store our e-bikes in a safe place. You couldn’t ask for a more thoughtful and responsive host than Annette. Both she and her husband are true gems. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home away from home.
Beautiful and peaceful place. Annette is an expert of the area and her recommendations were perfect for us. Awesome host! Location is a short drive to the scenic spots in the area and just 10 minutes from bigger grocery stores and restaurants. We were supposed to go to Maui but the trip got cancelled. This place and Annette saved our vacation! We were all sad to leave such a relaxing and charming home.
The 8 of us had a relaxing and comfortable stay at this place. Annette is a super host and provided us with fresh milk, eggs and cereal upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. She even let our 5 year old daughter pick strawberries and cucumbers from her backyard garden! The sunsets here are gorgeous and we wait to come back again!

Royston is a community in the Comox Valley in the northern part of Vancouver Island. The City of Courtenay and Comox are within a 15-minute drive for restaurants, grocery stores, and more.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are endless trails for walks, hiking, mountain biking and ATVs. Local favourites include Stotan Falls, Nymph Falls, Trent River, Browns River, Puntledge River, Mount Washington, Forbidden Plateau and Strathcona Park.
Although beach access and local trails are accessible by foot, it is recommended that you have a vehicle to get around.
