Explore the mighty Mississippi River in this newly renovated historic villa with enough room for the entire family! Enjoy panoramic views of the river from every window and relax in your well appointed outdoor space or indoor hot tub. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewery! The master suite is on the third floor accessible by antique spiral staircase. The master includes its own living space, hot tub and full bath. There is also a balcony with seating and outdoor gas fire-pit. The main level includes a living space, bath and bedroom with two double beds. It also has a full laundry room, 65" smart TV and foosball table. The second floor includes a full kitchen with fridge, gas range and dishwasher. Plenty of seating and all cookware to make a great meal. Access to the Riverview Vacations’ resort property with beach chairs, fishing and boat docks as well as boat launch. You can also rent a Pontoon Boat on site!

Dan's place was great! Honestly it was to big for the 2 of us, but we did use all 3 levels of the property at one time or another. We utilized the the hot tub, the patio off the master, and the kitchen the most. The views of the river are awesome and if you like to walk, the downtown area of Bellevue is only about .5 miles away from the air bnb. Everyone we met in town was very friendly. We felt like locals by the time we left! Overall a very good stay.
Beautiful place, comfortable bed, and very walkable to many locations. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor firepit. So close to area parks, river, and trout stream. We will definitely return!
The space was spacious(bigger than I had expected), clean, and comfortable! The town was beautiful with shops and places to eat. Dan and Annie were the best to work with! We’ll definitely be back to visit
Really a great place to stay for the night. Dan was thoughtful in his set up. If I return to the area, will definitely seek out another stay at his property.
The house was clean and tidy, and all communication before, during and after the stay was clear and friendly. It was a great place to relax for a weekend away.

The historic building is located on the Riverview RV Park & Vacation Rentals Resort and is within walking distance to down town Bellevue with shopping, restaurants and brewery. It is also along the City Riverfront Park with miles of walking/Bike trails and just below the Bellevue State Park and Butterfly Garden. A short drive to Galena IL as well as Dubuque IA and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium. Only 20 minutes from the Maquoketa Caves state park.
Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and brewery.
No ATVs in the property please.

Dan and his wife Annie live in Bellevue Iowa along the Mississippi River. They are the owners and operators of a 40 unit seasonal campground as well as a variety of unique vacation rentals along the River in Bellevue. They are also glad to be able to share their Island Getaway in Puerto Rico, which has been their favorite vacation spot for over 10 years. Dan has worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 20 years and Annie has worked in healthcare for that same amount of time. They look forward to having you as their guests!
