110 m² apartment, well located in the heart of Jardins neighborhood! There are 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with air conditioning, bed sheets and towels.A large living room with air, SmarTV, cable TV, Wi-Fi and dining table for 6. Newly renovated and full equipped kitchen! Close to the main avenues as Paulista, Brigadeiro Luis Antônio and Rebouças and to the best hospitals in SP, as Hcor, Oswaldo Cruz and Beneficência Portuguesa. It is a large apartment - ideal for families and groups. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite and 1 full bathroom common to all. Integrated TV and dining room. The kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with basic items for your stay. The service area also has a washing machine, dryer and clothesline available to our guests.

Localização excelente, condomínio tranquilo, próximo a tudo. O apartamento estava limpo e tudo organizado. Único problema que tive, foi com o ar condicionado da suite, que não estava funcionando, segui as instruções da Paula, porém não funcionou. Recomendo a hospedagem. Anfitriã gentil, e cordial.

This place is about location and comfort. Very good apartment in a very nice location in Jardins. The apartment is spacious and well-decorated. The size of the bedrooms and baths are good and the kitchen is also well equipped with basic things to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Julia and Paula were great hostesses. I recommend. :)

The Jardins neighborhood is a very noble and traditional region in SP, being also a privileged place to shop and enjoy your meals in high quality gastronomic restaurants. The neighborhood has an intense nightlife with countless bars and is also known for its museums, such as the Museu da Imagem e do Som.

出行信息

In one of the best locations in São Paulo. Close to great shopping malls, restaurants, bars, banks and main roads of SP. We recommend using Uber and/or cab; these services are very easy to use in the region.
The building is located at Alameda Joaquim Eugênio de Lima, near important avenues such as Avenida Paulista and Avenida Brigadeiro Luís Antônio. It is only 1.4 km from Parque Ibirapuera and 1.2 km from Brigadeiro subway station (blue line/"linha azul"). By car, it is only 17 minutes from the Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo and the Hospital e Maternidade Santa Joana.
