This place feels just like home. Walking distance from simpson bay restaurant and club area. 7 min car ride to maho or the airport by taxi or rental car. It is gorgeous inside and spacious and literally simpson bay beach is your backyard highly recommend it will be worth every penny.

The only concerns I had was no hot water and the showers draining was terrible. The shower fixture in the master bathroom walk-in was broken.

I came for a girl’s trip. This beachfront condo is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. It’s spacious and quiet. Ty and Saara offered wonderful local recommendations and were very responsible and friendly. We all feel very recharged and relaxed after the trip. The location is convenient, especially for beach access. Shower water was about lukewarm and can drain a little on the slower end. It wasn’t an issue but wanted to share for those who really need hot water. This place has great value and we recommend it!
