This heavenly four season home has just been furnished to a high standard . Our home provides a cozy and welcoming feel,surrounded by miles of private water , great for fishing,boating /ice fishing/snowmobiling kayaking right from the private dock )May-end of October) weedy shoreline ,swim off the dock. Enjoy our 7 seater hot tub with views of the lake sturgeon: Hot tub is not available during the summer. This property is located 15 minutes from many big box stores ,grocery store and restaurant,golf course, movie theatre,coffee shop ,LCBO etc . Drive in movie theatre is 5 min drive from the property. Ski resort is not very far from Lindsey . Please know that this property is not a show home and can have flaws like any other home .Basement is not finished and not included. Be aware that the property have high stairs ,balcony ,water that can be unsafe if your elderly , infants ,kids ,pets are not monitored. The property is on well water the drainage and water system is different than the city . The property is on septic tank nothing other than toilet paper can be flashed and if any septic system damaged occurs during your host is not responsible for the inconvenience . Hot tub is on well water the water can be not clear and if the hot tub isn’t used often you can possibly see the yellow film under the water like you’d see in any standing water . Hot tub can be unsafe for pregnant women,children , elderly or anyone who can’t swim or sensitive with the chlorine or other chemicals that are used for hot tub maintenance. Absolutely no pets in hot tub or bedrooms at any time . The property is treated with mosquitoes and spider , it is possible that there could be bugs inside or outside of the property if doors/windows are left open during the hot weather.
