Furnishings were very comfortable and clean with everything we needed during our stay. Having additional TV's in bedrooms was a plus. We were greeted with some delicious cookies as well as a few food items for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised as how clean the basement was as we had to unexpectantly spend a couple different times there during tornado storms that passed through the area. We have already reserved for next year's Drake Relays. Thank you Eon!

House was clean, host was responsive and very friendly, close to drake; only downside was that the house had a small, compact feeling to it, but no big deal

This is a clean, simple Airbnb house. Comfortably sleeps 5: 4 upstairs, one down. New mattresses, recent updates and spacious rooms. Fenced in backyard with amenities like a fire pit with firewood included. Parking requires walk up outdoor stairs or through fenced back yard, about 50 yards. Hosts are great communicators and willing to go the extra mile. This place isn’t fancy, but worth the value and in a very convenient, quiet location. Recommend.
