Carl’s home was perfect for a quick night for our large family passing through Des Moines on a road trip. Beds were comfy and f the house was simple and quiet!
Our stay was wonderful. Carl was a great host and was responsive through all of our interactions! The place was very clean and just like advertised. Upstairs neighbors are a little loud but not obnoxiously so. Overall would stay again!!!!
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking to a local coffee shop in the morning. Very spacious. Great for teenagers and parents that want their own rooms with different bed times and sleeping habits.
