This stylish place to stay is perfect for your summer vacation to the Delaware Beaches. "Aw Shucks" is a spacious 3 bedroom condo in Lewes with a pond view located on the first floor. This rental has everything you will need on vacation from beach towels to toiletries. It features 2 community pools(open seasonally), tennis courts, and community playground for guest use. *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *Does not rent monthly May-August. This condo is located in the quiet community of the Village of Five Points in Lewes. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a comfy sofa, dining room table with extra barstool seating, along with an outdoor patio with a peaceful pond view. The master bedroom has a king bed and has an en suite master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and is located to the left of the kitchen. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath in between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and next to the Laundry room. **We provide bath towels, bed linens, and extra blankets/pillows. We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom, along with some paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap in the kitchen. Once out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. **Beach towels provided for guest use -located in the master bedroom closet. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). *Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs.
